  ROLE SUMMARY

  Vaccines is the only place in Pfizer where you can contribute to patients in a way like no other - you can prevent sickness and disease. It is a remarkable time to be part of Pfizer's US Vaccines business as it expands on its mission of preventing disease and improving public health, with the ongoing launch of ABRYSVO for the prevention of respiratory syncytial (RSV) virus in older adults.

  RSV is a common respiratory virus that affects the lungs and airways and can be serious, especially for infants and older adults. RSV is highly contagious and can potentially lead to serious consequences in older adults. Each year, it is estimated that up to 160,000 older adults are hospitalized and up to 10,000 of them die in the U.S. due to RSV. Fortunately, 2023 marked the year where for the first time ever vaccines have been approved to prevent this devastating disease, and now our attention turns to ensuring rapid uptake of ABRYSVO in a highly dynamic and competitive market entering the first full year of RSV vaccination in 2024. Educating HCPs on the significant burden of RSV and the importance of RSV protection with ABRYSVO will be instrumental to gaining RSV leadership.

  Reporting to the Senior Director, HCP/MedEd Team Lead, The ABRYSVO Older Adult HCP Marketing Senior Manager will play a critical role in leading flawless execution of the HCP/MedEd strategy and tactics to achieve the brand goals and ensure a successful launch.

  This role is a high-visibility and exciting opportunity to join a critical brand for the vaccines portfolio as well as develop key marketing capabilities including developing innovative tactics, driving operational excellence, partnering with cross functional and agency teams, and managing budgets.

  ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  The ABRYSVO Older Adult HCP Marketing Senior Manager will be accountable for developing and executing HCP strategies and tactics that maximize customer engagement and drive ABRYSVO growth. As the launch is already underway, this is an excellent opportunity for an agile leader who thrives on problem-solving, working on diverse projects and exposure to new areas, because as our journey continues, the work evolves and/or needs arise, the HCP Marketing Senior Manager will flex across several different areas to drive results to achieve RSV leadership.

  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  Branded Campaign and Omnichannel Execution

  Work closely with HCP Marketing Directors, the Global ABRYSVO team, the advertising agency, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the development and implementation of HCP strategies and tacticsLead tactical execution of Field Force and Non-Personal/Digital resources to pull through branded campaign and messaging - including identifying gaps, coordinating with the overall brand omnichannel plan, directing agencies, and gaining approval for resourcesLead the development and implementation of an Approved Claims List (ACL) to ensure alignment and consistency in core brand story across channels (Consumer, Advanced Customers, Retail)

  Field Force Execution and Engagement

  Support the implementation of Next Best Action (NBA) suggestions to drive Field Force effectivenessLead the development and implementation of a Field Force communication and engagement plan to sustain Field Force awareness, accountability and motivationSupport the planning and execution of Field Force Advisory Boards and DOE engagement

  Resource Management

  Develop and maintain repository of all new/existing HCP resources, communicate resource updates to Field Force and monitor utilization to inform future investmentsServe as HCP Team Budget Liaison - working closely with brand budget coordinator and marketers on key deliverables

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, MBA and 6+ years of experience, or, PhD/equivalent and 2+ years of experience HCP marketing experience preferredAbility to work independently across senior level stakeholders and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalatedExcellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)Strong analytical/planning skills and ability to multi-task under pressureProven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentDemonstrated creativity and innovative idea developmentEnthusiasm and self-motivation are essentialSolid understanding of today's US pharmaceutical environment, with emphasis on the importance of following all Regulatory, Legal and Compliance-related guidelines

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  MBA preferred but not required Vaccines experience strongly preferredStrong Project Management skillsAbility to anticipate and take appropriate actions -- identifying and raising issues is "expected", solving them is "good", and anticipating and preventing issues is considered "excellent"

  The annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,900.00 to $189,700.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
