Job Description Primary Function of Position:
The scope of this role will span across Global Operations (GO), with a focus on understanding, reporting, and improving margins for all Intuitive. The Senior Manager is a key connection point between GO business partners and numerous Finance teams. The leader will implement processes and tools to enhance our forecasting accuracy and predictability as well as streamline for efficiency gains. Additional key responsibilities include leading the consolidation, analysis and reporting of the Company’s margins and inventory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the Global Operations consolidation processes for month-end close, quarterly forecast and annual operating budgetPartner with Global Operations Finance teams to develop KPI’s and methodologies for tracking the individual performance of each business functionWork with Corporate FP&A to continuously streamline all other consolidation procedures and controls, while increasing the quality of data and communication of results.Participate in cross functional-teams as the lead for Global Ops Finance.Proactively identify and execute process improvements by leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale routine activities.Manage at least 1 individual Qualifications Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum 8-12 years of increasing levels of financial management experienceOutstanding leadership and influencing skills.Ability to consistently discern strategic insights from data analysis.Proficiency with SAP (ERP), Hyperion and Tableau is beneficial.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and cross functional teams.Proven self-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate and predict ambiguous circumstances.Ability to succinctly and accurately present findings to management and executive leadership.Must be willing/able to work onsite 3 days in our Sunnyvale, CA office. #LI-HYBRID
