Position Summary
Working with the Director of Wine/Spirits FPA, lead the FPA team to achieve coordinated Provide financial planning, reporting, and analytical support to Wine & Spirits leadership. Lead the core monthly and annual processes of the department, including month-end-close reporting, rolling forecast, latest estimates, annual plans, and strategic plans. Interpret, and communicate the financial implications of business activities. Position requires a high-level of process management, storytelling, financial proficiency, data modeling, a collaborative people-connector, and strong communications. Ability to work independently and drive a large team to successful completions of coordinate tasks. MS Excel competency, strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and highly effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
With the Director, develop the direct and indirect team skills and capabilities across FPALead processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical processesComplete monthly reporting package including relevant commentary through cross functional collaboration with each business functionIdentify and communicate risks and opportunities to senior leadersParticipate in the completion of the Annual Plan, Strategic Plan, and monthly forecasts including consolidation, analysis, and presentationParticipate in and lead aspects of the Integrated Business Planning processComplete ad hoc analysis and initiatives as assigned by the Director of FP&AHarvest and track benefits of the recent SAP implementationProvide financial support to various functions within the Wines & Spirits divisionDeliver required inputs to corporate functions including Accounting, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree: preferably in Business, Finance or AccountingM.B.A. Finance/Business concentration a plus5-7 years of experience in financial planning, reporting and operations financeProficiency with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation application or similar Business Intelligence financial systemsProject Management experienceTravel requirement: up to 25% including domestic and possible international locations

The salary range for this role is:
$116,100.00 - $185,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
