This role will support the Marketplace business teams, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketplace, and ultimately report in through the US eCommerce Finance team.

You'll make an impact by:
Driving cost management for the Marketplace teams, including creation of financial models to support spendOwning the ROI modelling around SG&A investments and spend, and challenges the business to ensure rightful spend to drive outsized GMV growthProviding guidance and support to the business to drive efficient spend across the organization, taking into consideration both costs and benefitsChallenging and analyzing anomalies in the costs that the business incursProviding financial support and business cases for key strategic initiatives.Review and develops forecasting process for assigned operations, divisions, and departments by analyzing recent expenditures and commitments; incorporating input from management team; and presenting and clarifying forecast and assumptions with senior managementProvide input for business decisions by producing financial models incorporating assumptions, expectations, and known risks; preparing presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations; and participating in business case presentations to senior and executive management.Overseeing performance management activities by allowing internal customers to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of operationsDeveloping and executing financial planning processes for assigned areas (for example, Merchandising, Marketing departments) by working with area leaders to develop and communicate budgets and forecastsPromoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.3+ years' experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects1+ years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experienceStrong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlinesStrong influencing and interpersonal skillsDetail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
Minimum Qualifications...

1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
