Building strong business partnerships and advising leadership by analyzing performance to highlight key insights, supporting growth initiatives, and providing a forward-looking lens for the business
Driving a cohesive set of reporting and analytics tools that help us simplify our work and progress into a more insights and analytics focused team
Developing strong and trusting relationships within the finance organization. Serve as the go-to for analytics - working across the organization to solve issues, address pain points, and implement growth initiatives
Communicating timelines and information about financial targets; identifying and reporting risk levels determined for the financial plan, and providing actionable insights
Presenting feedback to leadership regarding risks associated with financial projects and providing insight on relevant historical trends, expected future events, and retail trends.
Leveraging new tools and technologies (Power BI, Excel, Machine Learning) to provide key insights and thought leadership to the Consumables leadership team
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
3+ years' experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area
1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
Experience working with Finance technologies, including Power BI and other data tools
Experience across FP&A, process design, process mapping and process improvement
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
Minimum Qualifications...
