Job Summary
Point32Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team. This individual will report to the Director of Budgeting & Reporting. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in delivering Monthly Operating Review (MOR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing
Project Manager for the Monthly Operating Review materials, inclusive of agenda, meeting cadence, stakeholder engagement, etc.
Responsible for the development and delivery of MOR, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators, financial metrics, and actionable insights for executive leadership
Collect and analyze data from various sources to support the MOR. Identify trends, insights, and area for improvement in the company’s performance.
Maintain KPIs with focus on effectiveness and efficiency for each LOB and Functional Areas of the enterprise
The ability to effectively communicate to senior leadership complex issues
Recruit, develop, engage and retain a team of Financial professionals
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including marketing, finance, operations, and product development, to align strategic insights with business objectives.
Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, advocating for the use of analytics and insights to inform decision-making and drive business performance.

Qualifications – what you need to perform the job
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics or related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on analytics or strategic insights.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of driving results through data-driven insights and decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to manage a team toward high performance

The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a broad range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization. The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; equity with internal colleagues; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay. Eligibility for any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits remains in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
