Dynamic Senior Manager Role in Finance and Decision Support for Walmart's E2E Supply Chain Finance Last Mile Delivery Team
About Walmart Supply Chain Finance
Walmart's Supply Chain Finance Team is hiring a Senior Manager (Level 180-G) to provide finance decision support for our Last Mile Delivery businesses . Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Finance, this Senior Manager works with critical Decision Support and Finance Business Process Optimization by helping lead teams and different partners within the Last Mile Delivery functions across our large US Retail footprint. You'll help Finance reshape the retail experience of customers for generations to come . You'll guide and manage peers and direct reports. You'll partner across our Finance, Transformation, Supply Chain, Fulfillment and Distribution Networks, and US Store Operations, to develop and implement our financial priorities.
You will use your skills to provide insightful decision support and financial analysis while facilitating team connectivity and influencing decisions and impacts. You'll work on many exciting next generation implementation projects to improve home delivery for ecommerce and store delivery from Walmart.com, Walmart US Stores, Walmart Supercenters, Neighborhood Markets, and Sam's Club Stores nationwide. You'll rely on your skills in financial analysis, decision support and reporting, logistics, data visualization , and financial storytelling to solve complex financial problems. How you'll make an impact:
Track Financial Impacts Of Last Mile Delivery Innovations by providing insights and identifying risk levels determined for the financial plan
Lead Agreement on Financial Planning Decisions by working with leadership to identify gaps while planning and analyzing performance
Align with Strategic Financial Planners to Provide and Manage Short and Long-term Plans by partnering with different Last Mile business leaders to assess multiple segment goals
Use Project and Business Management Skills to advise leadership on financial projection risks and provide sound solutions derived from relevant historical trends, expected future events, and changing trends in the retail sphere
Prepare Communications and Presentations on strategic input for financial decisions
What you'll bring:
You have 4-6+ years of finance decision support, finance transformation, FP&A, or strategy planning for major business operations within a large corporation or major management consulting firm.
You have finance experience with Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain, Strategic FP&A or Retail Operations Financial Planning with a large retail, consumer products, or dedicated logistics firm.
You are at your best while working on a team and managing people.
You have considerable experience facing clients and influencing financial decisions.
You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models.
You excel at presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
