About Senior Manager, Finance

  Responsibilities:

  Responsible for all accounting, reporting and analysis activity for ANZAdvise general manager and commercial leaders on financial and operational issuesSet finance strategy to optimize business processes by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing solutionsDirect tax, reporting, banking, treasury, internal/external audits and compliance activities Act as liaison to Corporate functions and Business Unit leaders in headquarters' office in IrvinePartner with APAC Controller and FP&A head on implementation of best practices and leveraging the Business Service Center in Kuala Lumpur

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance requiredAdvanced degree and/or professional certification (CMA, CA, CPA) a plus10+ years progressive experience in leadership and people management positionsHealthcare or regulated industry and/or international experience Preferred

  Additional Skills:

  Entrepreneurial spirit; thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environmentsExcellent knowledge of financial accounting and accounting standardsExperience working in a medium size global businessResourceful independent critical thinker with effective business consultancy skillsStrong communicator skilled at messaging through data-driven insightsExpert understanding of accounting and financial processes and curiosity to look beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problemsTransparent leader with a high level of integrity and track record of building trust-based relationships internally and externallyAdaptable change agent who activates team to drive Finance transformationProficiency in financial systems and tools and ability to leverage technologiesRecruit, retain and develop a bench of agile talent, incl. high potential employees
