Position Summary
Serves as Senior Digital Manager Product for Aetna Digital Customizations team. Oversees the intake and development of customization requests across Plan Sponsor and Book of Business to meet digital strategic goals. Provides analytics and digital insights to assist in developing senior level leadership materials. Effectively develops and facilitates all PI planning activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides thought leadership in support of business direction, supporting leaders with organization and delivery of customization and strategic implementations.
Works efficiently and independently, to drive the team to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to influence prioritization to successfully deliver plan sponsor and product requests.
Provides subject matter expertise – supports tools required for customization level implementation including AirTable, Sharepoint and Miro. Serves as mentor and trainer to new team members. Demonstrates an ability to be agile, managing multiple priorities at one time, and adapting to change with enthusiasm.
Facilitates continuous and cross-communicate across all stakeholders and up to senior levels of the organization, in order to support leadership level presentations.
Leads the team in identifying dependencies and tradeoffs as well as problem solving risks. Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management experience with delivery of high volume (500+) requests annually in multiple project-tracking systems across dependent teams.
5+ years of experience with full-life cycle product execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
5+ years of Agile Methodologies, mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
2+ years of AirTable experience developing interfaces, custom reporting, automations, custom script maintenance, and base-to-base integrations.
1+ years’ experience as Editor on Highspot.
Strong business acumen experience with presenting data to Key Stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
Several years of experience with problem solving and decision-making related to product launches.

• Strong independent critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem-solving, asking probing questions, and looking for underlying issues.• Demonstrated relationship management skills; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization.• Demonstrated leadership by providing recommendation to initiative blockers.
Education Bachelor's degree or s pecialized training or relevant professional experience.
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
