Duties: Responsible for providing thought leadership and strategic thinking to solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics and machine learning. Closely monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met and course correct as necessary. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal Data Science; Lead Data Science Analyst; Manager-Risk management and Analytics; Senior Business Analyst or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal Data Science; Lead Data Science Analyst; Manager-Risk management and Analytics; Senior Business Analyst or related occupation.
Position required skills: Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation, Alternatively, if applying with a Master's degree, Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing SQL, Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Tableau; designing and interpreting business analyses; building, developing and deploying performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs); identifying and prioritizing analytic initiatives to support business decisions; leveraging big data platforms and cloud based solutions, including Teradata, Snowflake and Tableau to generate insights and provide recommendations to management; and setting and managing priorities of analysts, assigning projects, allocating resources and assessing performance. Two (2) years of experience must include managing people.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $146,000.00 to $204,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
