Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data and HR systems strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Manage and maintain market data for the international team enterprise, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions. Collaborate with market and tech teams to understand international data requirements and seek guidance when necessary. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making. Ensure data quality and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security. Lead and manage data-related projects, ensuring successful completion within the defined timelines and budgets. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and HR systems.
Requirements:
Play a critical role in maintaining market data for our international team enterprise, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Ability to Identify and resolving data-related issues and seeking guidance from market and tech teams when necessary. This position requires a strong background in data analysis, HR systems, and project management.
Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
