The retail Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager of Customer Re-Engagement/Winback to re-engage customers and reduce lapsing customer behavior. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the CRM strategy to identify and prevent lapsing customers and re-engage unengaged customer segments across our ExtraCare and CarePass loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities: Build CRM strategies that identify and re-engage lapsing and unengaged CVS ExtraCare and Carepass customers.Facilitate the implementation of re-engagement strategies across CRM channels - including email, PUSH, SMS, in-app messaging and direct mail.Continuously optimize tactics deployed across CRM channels to reduce customer churn and increase customer reactivation.Identify and own Lapsing/Winback lifecycle KPIs and benchmarks across CRM channels and serve as the CRM SME for re-engagement metricsTake ownership of and report weekly on the metrics most impactful to measuring customer re-engagement and re-acquisition on CRM channels.Partner with Loyalty, Offer Strategy, Customer Category Growth and other retail business units to develop re-engagement strategies and ideate on the progressive implementation of those strategies on CRM channels.Develop realistic budgets / assess impacts of different CRM initiativesLocation:

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $ 75,400
Maximum: $ 162,700
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding.3+ years of experience with CRM programs Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree3+ years cross-functional leadership experience.3+ years using customer segmentation to drive personalizationUnderstanding of the customer lifecycle journey across multiple channels.Experience with loyalty programs or loyalty marketing, specifically with a customer facing brand.Familiarity with marketing KPIs in a retail environment and comfort owning and reporting on CRM related metrics.7+ years in marketing, preferably with customer retention/winback marketing experience for a B2C brand.Understanding of omni-channel orchestrationSelf-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.Strong ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and establish consensus across teams with competing priorities. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
