  The retail Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Channel Orchestration to advance Front Store Marketing's goal of personalizing our owned channel experiences at scale. In this role, you will support the CRM team in developing the technical capabilities and priorities needed to develop cross-channel governance and message orchestration. You will also be responsible for the advancement of the CRM Marketing Technology roadmap, working directly with CVS's Enterprise MarTech and Digital Product teams to implement automated orchestration technology for Front Store Marketing use.

   Key Responsibilities: Serve as the CRM omni-channel orchestration SME while working cross functionally with Enterprise MarTech, Marketing Operations, Analytics and Retail IT to advance FS Marketing's CRM Strategy.Liaise with Enterprise MarTech to lead the FS Marketing CRM migration from a rules-based decisioning engine to a machine-driven automated experience engine.Lead a business-driven Pod responsible for the implementation of orchestration technology and other automated MarTech solutions that bring CRM personalization to scale.Work directly with Enterprise MarTech and Analytics to accelerate the adoption of a CRM-oriented CDP; establish audiences and consolidate decision making within that CDP.Work directly with leadership to establish and implement an overarching governance model to make key decisions and prioritize messages. Effectively influence different partners across the organization (MarTech, Marketing and Digital) Actively develop open and trusting relationships across a large, complex organization to create clear goals, accountability, and outcomes Quickly and accurately synthesize technical needs or investments to senior, non-technical audiences Prioritize business needs with minimal direction This position will be hybrid with anticipated in office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Candidates will be within a reasonable commuting distance to one of the following CVS HUBS: Woonsocket, RI., Hartford, CT, Wellesley, MA., New York, NY or Chicago, IL

   Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  Minimum: $ 75,400

  Maximum: $ 162,700

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

   Required Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding3+ years of experience in product management, software development or customer marketing Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scalable personalization for a large, consumer facing brand.3+ years of experience with an emphasis on marketing technology, orchestration, or customer lifecycle management.Deep understanding of omni-channel orchestration and lifecycle journey management.Deep understanding of omni-channel arbitration and governance principles and familiarity with the implementation of those principles at scale.Understanding of technical architectures with the ability to interpret and translate business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with SLDC and experience serving as a primary stakeholder in the implementation/delivery of a Marketing Technology product.Experience working with the Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other leading Marketing Technology suites of products.Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in delivering positive ROI results.Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a performance-driven environment.Excellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base.Strong leader with previous cross-functional experiencePay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $79,200.00 - $170,800.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
