What you'll do...
In this role you are an expert at matching the right skills and talent to deliver our brand campaigns, and your experience and knowledge allow you to identify, communicate, and alleviate downstream challenges and interdependencies with partner and/or stakeholder teams. You should be comfortable engaging entry-level through executive stakeholders and working with many different types of creative professionals and creative outputs. You should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will partner closely with a variety of peers and stakeholders such as creative directors, designers, account management, project managers, postproduction teams and sample management to deliver results. You will help bring creative concepts and campaigns that tell a cohesive story across a variety of channels to life with an eye on superior results and delivering on time and on budget. You are an experienced, calm leader of the internal and external cross-functional team - inspiring the team with the latest in creative innovation, execution, and talents.
Location for this role: Los Angeles, CA. We are hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite).

Responsibilities:
Manage large projects independently from initiation through completion.Experience across the production lifecycle from in-camera capture to multi-channel deploymentStrong understanding of the post process and the resources needed to deliver projects across stills, video, animation and digital.Bid, hire, and manage all production partners for content projects. This includes managing shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital.Mentor and provide leadership for producers and freelance support on the production team.Remove roadblocks to production.Primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects. Work closely with design leads, art directors and copywriters to proactively clarify requirements and use cases, actively seeking clarification when there is ambiguity.Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and maintain a positive attitude throughout.Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution.Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly.Ongoing review of production processes and practices with an eye toward enhancing and increasing effectiveness.Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a producer with experience in video/motion, print, social and advertising.4+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional, projects.Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience.Extensive contacts in photography, video and post industries.An online portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great solutions across a range of production-related issues.Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, account, and project managers.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent understanding of photo, video and animation work.Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Marketing/creative agency experience, in-house experience.Experience in the Marketing, Retail or eCommerce industry.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Stock equity incentives
