What you'll be doing:
As Senior Manager, you will report to Managing Director, Global Strategy at Arrow and play a vital role in shaping and advancing Arrow's corporate strategy and M&A efforts by working closely with senior leadership of various Arrow
businesses as a key member of the Strategy team.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within Arrow and requires a candidate with relevant strategy development or M&A experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and risks.Design, evaluate and support business strategies and market opportunities through structured qualitative and quantitative approaches, including scenario planning, strategic discussion workshops, war-gaming exercises, opportunity sizing and other strategic analysis methods.Advise business leaders on key strategy topics and choices with informed perspective grounded in deep knowledge of business models, market dynamics and industry participants.Identify potential acquisition targets, strategic partners, and investment opportunities.Evaluate and assess the financial and strategic viability of potential M&A opportunities through strategic fit assessment, comprehensive due diligence, and financial modeling.Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums to support decision-making processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, IT, Finance, and Operations to develop and execute M&A and corporate strategies.Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in engineering is required. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.5 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, private equity, deal advisory or management consulting.Strong exposure to technology is required, experience in distribution is a plus.Proven track record of developing effective relationships and collaborating across all levels and functions across complex organizations.Experience with financial modeling and valuation.Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Strong executive presence, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3days in an Arrow office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$111,900.00 - $200,000.90
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
