WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an experienced communications professional and leader, you will be part of the Marketing & Communications team in BCG's Central Europe region (CE). You'll manage the Internal Communications and Media Relations departments, thus shaping BCG's internal and external image.
You are enthusiastic about complex topics and fast-paced environments, have a strong solution orientation, and a good eye for detail. You have an affinity for copywriting and new media and a feel for how to prepare and communicate messages appropriately to the target group. Together with BCG's CE Leadership Team and the Marketing & Communications management for Central Europe, you will develop the strategy for internal and external communications. You'll be responsible for the creative conceptual design, the preparation of content for various internal communication formats, and the internal positioning of the BCG Leadership Team's topics in CE, and you have experience in change communication. In external communications, you will be responsible for conceptually planning press activities in the German market together with the Media Relations team. You'll actively support issue management and be responsible for the strategic development of our reputation management. You have the ability to develop concepts and formats as well as media presentations that are relevant for all CE markets. Your ideas for the topic-centered and tool-supported further development of corporate communications round off your area of responsibility.

You are characterized by your organizational skills in managing yourself and others, as well as by your ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
You have a college degree, ideally in economics, social sciences, or communications, along with relevant professional experience in the agency sector or in a comparable position in corporate communications.
You have relevant practical experience (at least five to seven years) in corporate communications, an editorial office, an agency, or the press department of a company or other organization-preferably in the B2B sector.
You have leadership experience and can inspire your team and successfully execute a strategic agenda with a multidisciplinary team.
Topic-centered communication work with a focus on agenda setting, change communication, and demonstrable value contributions as well as data- and technology-driven communication work are your specialty.
You present confidently in front of managing directors and have the ability to discuss initiatives and drive topics on an equal footing with a wide range of stakeholders.
You're proficient in the MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Business fluent English and German round out your profile.
