  Position Summary

  As a member of the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (PCW) IT team, the Senior Manager of Colleague Engagement will play a crucial role in leading internal data analysis, creating measurable metrics, communicating strategic projects, and collaborating with business leaders, technical and IT teams, and Retail Operations to deliver retail and pharmacy technologies that improve customer and colleague experiences. This individual will gain a comprehensive understanding of CVS Health's Retail and Pharmacy IT portfolio and develop extensive knowledge of the business and industry.

  We are looking for a strategic team member with a unique combination of skills:Strong business acumen with experience running high-impact programsExceptional communicator with the ability to tailor your message for various audiencesAptitude to drive and own internal relationshipsA strategic and technical mindset as well as the ability to influence cross-functionallyResponsibilitiesKeep the pulse on retail, distribution center, pharmacy and MinuteClinic technology successes or identify key areas of opportunitiesLead internal data analysis, creating measurable metrics and messaging needs of senior IT and Retail leaders, specifically, driving the engagement strategy via internal channels (e.g., myChat, leader memos, etc.)Be a key leader and champion of the Net Promotor Score (NPS) and interpreting the results while working with the appropriate teams to advance the user experienceDevelop strong partnership with Retail Operations, Facilities and IT counterparts to gather "Colleague Insights" and help drive colleague satisfactionCollaborate with Operations to create new colleague listening platforms for Minute Clinic and distribution centersEstablish project/program frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective project deliveryDevelop visual presentations and communications for Town Hall meetings, special projects and governance meetingsPromote awareness and understanding of the business unit's key goals and deliverables, rationalizing and amplifying priority initiativesDefine and track OKRs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to leadershipMeeting budgetary goals and objectives, operational plans, and performance requirementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of operations, product management, internal communications, or consulting experienceExcellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to listen, articulate your ideas, and advocate best practice solutions; must be able to effectively communicate technical programs and ideas via PowerPointStrategic and analytical thinker, with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to support tactical execution without losing site of the overall strategySkilled at building relationships with other professionals in a matrixed organization to collaborate toward a common goalAbility to connect the dots between messages, timing, activities, and teams or initiatives to drive process improvement and simplificationComfortable meeting with and presenting plans to senior leaders and executivesSelf-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsTechnology, healthcare, or retail industry experienceAble to create structure and execution plans when there is ambiguityDemonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and champion the adoption of new methodologies and practicesPrior project management, process improvement, or quality roleEducation

  Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant business experience

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $79,200.00 - $170,800.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
