As the Senior Manager, Client Development your objective is to increase consideration from Rx media clients and brand marketers and develop new business for Spectrum Reach (direct, programmatic, multi-market, etc.) and through our national addressable partner, Ampersand. This role will report to the Senior Director, Head of Industry – Healthcare and work cross functionally with leaders from across Spectrum to deliver results.
Be a pharma industry knowledge source.
Demonstrate consultative selling by building trust and succinctly communicating the value that we offer to Rx brands.
Increase (pharma) category advertising revenue with assigned Pharma clients by building strategy and go-to-market approach to maximize revenue and build market share.
Maintain a working knowledge of Rx happenings – agencies, people, pipelines, products, etc.
Maintain a working knowledge of Pharma general trends and institutional awareness that could impact S-T or L-T business.
Prepare for and meet with clients both individually and with sales management.
Lead collaboration efforts and ensures efficient use of resources.
Deliver weekly updates to sales management.
Escalate issues with thoughtful recommendations to leadership as appropriate.
Meet or exceed Sales quota targets.

The pay for this position has a salary range of$100,000.00 to $145,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at$60,000.
