What you'll do...
The Senior Manager Change Management- Finance Transformation Technical Training Strategy and Development role is responsible for developing and implementing training strategies to support the adoption of change initiatives across the organization. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training and learning programs are accurate and reflect current best practices while developing and maintaining training and learning materials. These materials could include e-learning modules, instructor led training resources, and job aids.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years' experience in communications, human resources, or related area OR 6 years' experience in communications, human resources, or related area 5+ years of experience in change management or learning and development Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Knowledge of the latest training and learning industry trends and technologies Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training and learning strategies Proficient in Microsoft Office and Enterprise project management tools
Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of experience in training development for Finance or Accounting teams 3+ years experience leading cross-functional change management programs for technology implementations Bilingual - English and Spanish
You'll make an impact by...
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to training and learning Engaging with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions; provide regular feedback to stakeholders on the progress of training initiatives; consult with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness Supervise a team of training developers in our India Development Center to ensure the successful execution of training programs; provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Develop and deliver train-the-trainer programs to build the capacity of internal trainers to deliver training programs; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals; analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to training approaches as needed Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
