We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Business Consultant local to the Denver Market who will play a pivotal role in account management, with a focus on driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction. This individual will dedicate 50% of their time to account management responsibilities, balancing the rest with leveraging their technical delivery expertise to contribute to project success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management (50%)
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and propose innovative solutions
Manage contracting process with new and existing clients as assigned
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Oversee and take responsibility for P&L at each client within a given portfolio
Plan and manage strategic growth of selected accounts/clients
Be accountable for KPIs at each account assigned (revenue, margin, CSAT, timely invoicing, DSO, etc.)
Technical Delivery and Consulting (50%)
Leverage software engineering project management background to contribute to project delivery excellence
Provide strategic technology and business consulting to clients
Take accountability for personal billable utilization of 50%
Responsible for an annual business consulting revenue goal (besides or as part of the Account Managed revenue goal
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on technology and business best practices
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, technology consulting, and business consulting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a client-facing role
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
