Position SummaryYou will lead a team of 3-4 Data and Analytics professionals and provide Data Management/Operations and analytic support to CVS 340B business. In this role, you will interact with the organization and help address a variety of evolving needs ranging from identification of opportunities for revenue growth and optimization, client acquisition and retention, opportunities for operational optimization and cost savings. You will plan, develop, and implement data management and analytic solutions, including identifying data, developing aggregate tables, metrics and reporting methodologies development, data visualization, design and prototyping of self-service reporting tools.Required Qualifications
Attract, retain, develop and mentor a highly trained data management and analytic staff.
Guide the team in acquisition of data from the data warehouse, data analysis, and visualization, and data-driven insight generation.
Communicate analytic results to the business audience using static and dynamic graphic and tabular displays of data, written reports, and presentations.
Automate the reporting tools to make it efficiently run and produce reports on recurring basis, with automated QC process built-in.
Manage multiple significant initiatives and prioritize deliverables according to business needs.
Collaborate with cross functional team including IT, Finance, Trade, Operations, and Product Development to support the needs of the business segment.Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of professional, hands-on data management/Operations and analytic experience with at least 3 years of formal management experience leading highly developed data management/Operations and analytical professionals.Experience building effective data Management and analytic teams; Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional initiatives along with demonstrated experience interacting with and influencing decision-making by non-analytical business audiences;Excellent project management and problem solving skills along with experience in constructing Data Management, Automated Reporting and analytic solutions, including defining reporting methodologies to address business problems.Experience in leading and guiding matrix business and IT teams to co-ordinate rapid prototyping and data discovery leveraging specialty datasets with a view to reducing the manual effort requiring multiple analysts across business areas to create reports and insights.
Proficiency with data access, manipulation and retrieving data from large databases with SQL and experience with other similar data access, manipulations and statistical analysis tools like SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
1 year of SQL ant Tableau experience
Education Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,200.00 - $174,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
