  KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice.

  Responsibiliti es:

  * Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for a variety of clients

  * Work as part of a multi-discipli nary team across various industries

  * Oversee a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  * Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects and team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the KPMG tax practice

  * Advise clients and be accountable for delivering high quality tax service and advice

  * Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm and manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and project budgets

  Q ualifications:

  * Minimum eight years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm or corporation

  * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/univer sity; Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or EA, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/c redentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/c redentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/c redentials for the hiring practice/servi ce line, your recruiter can provide you with that list

  * Prior experience with pass-through entities and partnerships

  * Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams

  * Experience mentoring and counseling staff level team members
