Minimum qualifications:
10 years of experience in advertising, sales, sales strategy and operations, or relevant industries.
Experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience leading and coaching a team to meet goals.
Experience working with digital advertising product activation.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with advertising agencies on digital product adoption or digital transformation.
Experience managing and coaching sellers, particularly in digital advertising sales.
Experience working with advertising agencies, including experience in sales, client-side, or at an agency.
Experience developing and managing seller incentive programs.
Familiarity with Google Advertising products, including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Familiarity with the agency business model, particularly working with SMB advertisers.
Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer-focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) promoters, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and ensure that our customers’ needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.
As the Senior Manager, Agency Product Activation, you will own the product strategy for Google Customer Solutions Agency partners across search, video, and measurement. You’ll lead a newly established team of product specialists to understand customer needs, grow client relationships, and identify new opportunities to deepen investment in Google advertising. Using a deep understanding of sales strategy, Google advertising products, and the agency ecosystem, you’ll contribute to broader PSA initiatives, including go-to-market strategy, sales incentive planning, and resource deployment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000-$259,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop and execute on product strategy across search, video, and measurement for Google Customer Solutions Agency partners.
Influence sales leadership and managers to achieve quarterly product adoption goals across the Americas.
Manage key internal stakeholder relationships across Google Customer Solutions, including sales leadership, product teams, and strategy and operations partners. Leverage relationships to address product, infrastructure, and operations feedback from Agency clients.
Coach and develop a regional team of product specialists around agency engagement, c-level interactions, problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional partnership.
