EPAM is looking for a talented Business Development Lead with experience selling managed security services in a channel sales model. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving revenue for a new MSS solution set built on Google Chronicle. The candidate will work closely with internal and external technical, sales, and account management teams to represent and sell EPAM’s offerings in client-facing presentations. We are looking for an individual with strong written, verbal, and client-facing presentation skills and a strong passion for cybersecurity. The right applicant should have a history in selling security services and or technologies and be motivated to keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with internal and external stakeholder teams to identify target accounts, targeted messaging, and sales approach
Meet with clients to qualify opportunities that align with our offerings
Work with practice leads to build out commercial proposals and present them to clients
Track and follow key industry trends and articulate how they align with EPAM offerings
Manage sales pipeline ensuring periodic follow-ups as needed to move opportunities from prospect through close
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of sales or business development experience selling cybersecurity products or services. Managed Security Services, SIEM, or SOC-related technologies preferred
Experience selling in a channel sales model with multiple internal and partner stakeholders
Knowledge of the unique security needs and challenges across key industries
Basic understanding of cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), application security/SDLC, security operations (SOC), Zero Trust principles, incident response, threat hunting, penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability management
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Nice to have an understanding of global regulatory frameworks as they relate to cyber security and data privacy (GDPR, ISO-27000, HIPAA, HITECH, PCI-DSS, CCPA, etc.)
