  Job Description

  Sprinklr is looking for a Managed Service Consultant. Managed Service Consultants are responsible for discovering and realizing ongoing success criteria for Sprinklr clients. MS consultant will work on delivering the Sprinklr platform configuration to fit client's business needs based on the global best practices. During the MS delivery, consultant will work closely with internal team, including Success Manager, Sales and Enablement consultant and the product support to ensure the client's success.

  What You Will Do:

  Manage and optimize configuration of onboarded Sprinklr clients, to ensure their continued success with the Sprinklr platformIdentify platform gaps, and optimization opportunities; designing and configuring the appropriate solution, so that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilledMaintain platform relevancy according to changes business needsEnsure that all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on platform use, best practices, and functionalityProvide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to be in line with current architecture and future client needs or business requirementsEnsure that every client derives the most value possible from the Sprinklr platformAssist the Sales and Success teams in providing insight to client health, and working to win new business and/or grow existing accountsSupport our Services leaders to ensure optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configurationEmbody The Sprinklr Way and become an ambassador of Sprinklr

  What Does Success Look Like:

  Contributing to our 90% retention goal by delivering continuous product expertise support and use casesSecuring a minimum of 7.5 out of 10 CHI score per customerAchieving a 70% adoption rate by each end of quarter

  What Makes You Qualified:

  3-5 years of experience in enterprise software, digital, or social account management or implementationExperience using or configuring Social Media Management and / or Content Management tools and software is preferredFluency in social media platforms and direct experience working with or for social media management softwareStrong Japanese written and verbal communication skills and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as a teamExperience working under several assignments simultaneouslyTracking against hard or soft KPIs for performance measurementExcellent skills with Microsoft ApplicationsNative Japanese Speaker, Business level English
