Legal Operations supports the Legal Services organization in project management, technology, vendor relationships, risk management, business intelligence, training/development, and other operational functions.
As a Senior Legal Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with legal teams to improve departmental efficiency and assist with carrying out the organization's Objectives and Key Results. This position requires the ability to pivot, think proactively, coordinate and liaise with a diverse array of audiences using good judgment, and passion for encouraging a culture of service and continuous improvement.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Legal Services organization, such as assistance with matter and document management, access questions, and trouble tickets.Serve as a billing specialist, ensuring accurate and timely outside counsel and vendor invoice processing.Collaborate with colleagues to develop playbooks, generate reports, and implement data-driven strategies to control costs, forecast resource and budget needs, and monitor internal and external resource performance.Contribute to the execution of departmental initiatives.Stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations in legal operations, sharing expertise and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.Event planning, and other requirements as determined by business needs.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree with substantial applicable work experience)Ability to prioritize a large collection of projects and tasks, always keeping business value as the guiding principle.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and general and technical savviness.Experience with processing invoices and reporting.Experience as an administrative assistant, legal administrator, paralegal, or project manager in the legal space.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
