Job DescriptionDeveloping and maintaining an Internal Compliance Program (ICP) for Export Control and Sanctions incl. respective global Policies and Standards (Governance) globally for all Group SectorsAdvising senior management regarding any EC legal related questionsEC Legal counseling and advising of Business Advisories and core central functions (e.g.: R&D, M&A, Finance)Development and maintenance of forms, templates, contract clauses, specimen texts, etc. as well as Preparation and supervision of lawsuits, appeal procedures, voluntary self-disclosures, official reports, attorney letters and legal objections and documentsAlignment and communication with regulators on ministry level as well as national authorities, associations and external counsel and support in license applications in the EUThis position will conduct intensive regulatory watches for EU and US to support the creation of an information managementSupport and legal review of Conti-internal EC trainingsPorming due diligence calls with business partners, banks and insurance companies as well as support of M&A and R&D projectsInstructing, supervise and support Shared Service Center regarding business partner assessmentAdditional Information
