Position Summary:

As one of our Learning Consultants, you will design and produce a variety of training content for our customers. Through timely production, you will coordinate the continuous integration of new content to ensure our customers have the information needed to utilize our products to their potential. This role will require you to tap into your presentation, written, and training skills each day to achieve the greatest results.

What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and produce customer education content that is visually engaging and easily followed using a variety of media tools such as video, audio, and interactive technologies to support NAVEX productsWrite effective copy, instructional text, and audio/video scriptsLeverage your excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, workflows, and software functionality to individuals with varying ranges of expertise, interests, and backgroundsParticipate in content peer reviews and provide meaningful feedback on a regular basisPrioritize and deliver timely content in support of product releases and organizational needsCollaborate and build relationships with peers and key stakeholders to better understand the customer lifecycle experience and evolving training needsActively participate in specific working sessions for different NAVEX products, representing the Customer Education team as a subject matter expert (SME)Track and analyze curriculum effectiveness to ensure applicability of course materials and adjust where necessary to meet the needs of our customers
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor's degree or related training experience preferred1+ years' experience designing, developing, and facilitating web-based training courses in a SaaS based environment2+ years' experience in the software industry, preferably in a training, education, support or consulting roleWorking knowledge of learning management systems and experience with e-learning development software (Articulate 360)Conceptual and intuitive understanding of how adults learn; accomplished presentation skills, including development and deliveryStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsComfort working within software as it relates to learning, testing, and documenting feature functionalityExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within deadlines

Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The minimum starting pay range for this role is $65,000.Pay progression is based on performance.
