The Senior Lead Product Managers will provide strategic advisory to clients on optimizing their working capital and developing and building solutions that leverage Wells Fargo's capabilities. The role will work closely with Sales to drive pipeline and provide strategic advisory on working capital practices to clients and in broader industry forums and platforms.
In this role, you will:
Be a strategic advisor to clients on working capital solutions and best practices.
Engage in industry forums and approved platforms to share thought-leadership in the working capital domain.
Work closely with the Global Treasury Management Sales and Wells Fargo Relationship Bankers during client engagements.
Develop and structure customized client working capital and liquidity management solutions as part of regular client engagements or proposals.
Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs.
Be the product expert engaging with Sales and Client Services teams on resolution of client queries related to liquidity solutions.
Serve as an adept advisor to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Experience with International Liquidity and working capital management practices and understanding of tools and techniques used by customers to manage their liquidity globally
Treasury product or Treasury sales experience
Experience in developing client solutions across industries and levels of complexities
Experience in responding to Requests for Proposals for liquidity and working capital management solutions
Experience at external speaking events and authoring thought-leadership materials
Ability to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasks with the ability to influence and manage effectively
Strategic thinker
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
