About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Corporate Credit Risk Strategy Planning Governance (SPG) team. The SPG team is responsible for managing all SPG related functions within the Corporate Credit Risk organization including Corporate Risk Business Strategy, Planning and Operations; Governance; Corporate Risk Global Delivery; and General Business Administration.
In this role, you will:
Report to the Head of Corporate Credit Governance and will be responsible for a variety of SPG activities, including committee and executive reporting, ongoing monitoring activities in support of credit risk monitoring plan and maturity assessments, and support and delivery of enterprise risk program activities.
Interact with senior Corporate Credit and Risk leaders, including CROs and/or their respective SPG leaders.
Possibly interact with regulators and will contribute to critical risk management programs and activities, including monitoring adherence to the Risk Management Framework.
Establish priorities and drive accountability, providing leadership to ensure solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to optimize effectiveness, account for all aspects of risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Develop and implement reporting/information delivery/presentations with key stakeholders and senior management, including root cause, cost/benefit, risk mitigation, and risk analyses. It may also provide direction to a cross functional team using business acumen and expertise; does not have direct reports.
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Ownership mentality with an ability to proactively design and drive successful execution of priorities, setting and meeting stringent deadlines and implementing requirements to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders across groups and at all levels of the organization to implement requirements and achieve desired outcomes
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience leading large-scale change or complex initiatives across groups at all levels
Experience compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for committees and/or senior leadership
Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills
Experience with risk management reporting in financial services
General knowledge of Wells Fargo business groups and enterprise functions, and specifically Corporate Risk and its organizational structure
Credit experience desired
