JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years' experience preferred, relative to the position asdescribed, at a Land Technician or similar is required. Must have goodworking land experience, proven ability in prioritizing projects and meetingdeadlines a must. Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability tohandle a heavy workload and meet critical deadlines. Must be proficient inMicrosoft Office, and have the ability to learn new software. Knowledge ofArcView and Dwights PI is a plus. Excellent verbal and written skills;strong computer skills; excellent organizational skills; a 'can-do'positive approach to work; adaptability, an ability to quickly establishand maintain relationships at all levels in the organization, and a highstandards of ethics is required.
