Job Description:
The Senior Key Account E-Commerce Manager role is accountable for delivering profitable sales growth through creating and executing business plans for our E-Commerce Pure Play customer(s) which contributes to the overall Royal Canin Canada NSV growth.
What are we looking for:
Prefer Degree education or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience in selling, negotiating, account management and leveraging insights to deliver customer plans. Digital commerce experience and understanding of the dComm landscape, as well as familiarity with Amazon's platform is an asset.Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop long term, effective and influential business relationships with key decision makers, internally & externally.Ability to assess needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions, overcome objections, with a positive mind-set and close sale to maximize mutual value.Ability to navigate complex situations and challenge the status quo with a solution-based attitude. Self-reliant, decisive, resilient and able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, dynamic environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead the creation of a strategic growth plan to win in digital commerce with our E-Commerce Pure Play customers while optimizing profitability and sales revenue.Implement product, pricing, promotional, and advertising strategies to optimize sales and profitability on customers platform.Act as the primary point of contact for E-Commerce Pure Play customers, fostering strong relationships and building a collaborative partnership.Conduct regular business reviews with Pure Play customers, providing insights, performance updates, and recommending strategies for growth.Work in partnership with Marketing and Customer Activation on digital communication and full-funnel initiatives that give Royal Canin Portfolio maximum exposure and conversion along the consumer journey.Execute new product launches with timely and effective execution to maximize customer impact in the marketplace.Drive the customer agenda and develops strong and influential relationships with key customers focused on delivering shopper, channel and category-centric solutions which accelerate customer engagement.Provide and present comprehensive tailored customer business plans to deliver all business segment objectives (i.e., volume, trade, etc.)Manages the trade promotion budget at assigned customers in harmony with Mars policies and procedures.Work with Finance to resolve any deductions and claims.Senior Key Account Manager E-Commerce may be involved in projects requiring a high degree of analytical skill sets.Adhere to applicable Quality and Food Safety Policies and Quality Management System requirements to ensure compliance to MARS standards.Other duties as assigned.
