  Boeing INDIA IT team is currently looking for Senior IT Regional Business Partner (RBP) to join their team in Bangalore, INDIA. The Senior IT Regional Business Partner (RBP) reports to the IT Manager. The role of the IT Business Partner India involves actively collaborating with Boeing India Engineering business stakeholders to identify IT needs for regional business operations and ensuring the effective delivery of IT solutions that meet these requirements.

  Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional customer/business/program profiles and roadmaps

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for IT and establish priorities for IT roadmaps, projects, initiatives, and services

  • Ensure development of IT Solutions and Capabilities that support business requirements

  • Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, outside vendors and facilitates in identifying available solutions

  • Perform business analysis, conducts cost benefit analysis, develops business cases for new investment and provides recommendations

  • Document business requirements and translate them into specifications

  • Secure resources, oversee implementation, support change management, and ensure customer sign-off against acceptance criteria

  • Communicate status of IT activities/initiatives to regional stakeholders

  • Contribute to Service improvement activities within the IT organization

  • Support Long Range Business planning in conjunction with other IT stakeholders

  • Facilitate region-wide IT forums

  • Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs.

  • Participate in field research in pursuit of new solutions and to evaluate the applicability and usefulness of current solutions.

  • Apply critical thinking and innovative problem-solving techniques

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Level of Education as Basic Qualification

  • Experience in any IT, Engineering Functional / Technical discipline

  • At least 12 years of experience in IT, Product Engineering support

  • ITIL & Project Management knowledge/experience, PMP / Safe Agile Certification strongly preferred

  • Breadth: Typically has 12 years of IT systems support analyst and mechanical / electrical product engineering business domain work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments

  Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience spanning multiple years in Information Technology, coupled with a blend of domain expertise in supporting Engineering Applications across various business functions (such as Electrical/Mechanical product engineering design, business analysis and IT service delivery).

  • Working experience of stakeholder management, business analyst and technical support.

  • Possession of strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated business acumen

  • Innate innovation and self-motivation to proactively initiate and lead multiple projects through influence and collaboration.

  • Organization skills to effectively work in cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements

  • Strong sensitivity for cultural differences and significant global acumen

  • Proficient in developing business cases.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in providing enterprise-level support for Engineering IT and service delivery.

  • Ability to confidently engage with executive leadership, the broader workforce, and external industry communities

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Management degree, MBA or equivalent is an advantage

  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Mechanical/Electrical product engineering and design domain.

  • Holds expertise as a key user or application support specialist, familiar with Engineering/Design tools such as::

  o CAD / CAE tools: CATIA V5, CREO, UG NX, Ansys, Abacus, Matlab, Nastran, Mentor Graphics etc..,

  o PLM Systems: Enovia, WindChill, Teamcenter etc..

  o Leading Systems Engineering tools (DOORS, Saber, etc..), Virtual verification and validation tools

  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Automotive/Aerospace product development life cycle processes, including Change Management, Quality systems, and standards (TS 16949/AS9100)

  • Has experience supporting Cloud technology, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and engineering application frameworks

  • Experience of being a functional / technical support specialist or Business Analyst / IT System Analyst roles contributing to development and support of above-mentioned Engineering / Design Tools is a clear advantage.

  Some travel may be required to support engagement efforts. This role also requires significant flexibility as off-hours activity will be needed to coordinate with globally dispersed teammates and stakeholders.

  Relocation: This position offers relocation within INDIA.
