　　Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst.Responsibilities: In this role, the Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements related to IT projects and initiatives Conduct extensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to illustrate current and future-state processes Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes, policies, and best practices Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives Lead testing efforts by developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and coordinating user acceptance testing Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will partner with IT team members and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and deployment of system enhancements and changes Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis and process improvement

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT-focused role Proven experience with process mapping and creating visual representations of complex business processes Demonstrated expertise in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues and drive process improvements Proficiency in conducting system testing, developing test plans, and creating test scripts Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
