Pay Philosophy
The typical starting salary range for this role ( $130,000 - $166,000) is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

This is a Boston based hybrid position.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Investments Recruiting Practice Leader, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and acquiring exceptional & diverse investment talent across Liberty Mutual Investment's (LMI) platform. In addition, you will be involved in executing the LMI talent acquisition strategy which includes branding, standardizing recruiting processes, hiring manager training and other talent initiatives.
The Investments Recruiting Operating Model is one that operates similarly to external retained search firms. You will focus on working with hiring managers to define hiring needs as well as develop sourcing strategies that yield strong hires throughout the organization. You will drive search activities i.e., determination of sourcing methodology, proactive recruiting, selection, assessment of candidates, structure of interviews, through to final offer negotiation and close.
Responsibilities: Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain a viable pipeline and network of qualified and underrepresented talent. Seek creative solutions for sourcing and building long standing pipelines of talent for specialty areas. Provide consultative guidance and collaborate with hiring leaders and human resource business partners communities across the LMI organization, in the assessment of candidates and in the development of appropriate recruitment strategies. Support and manage multiple full cycle searches and projects. Develop appropriate and consistent communications with internal clients and human resource business partners to ensure a positive client and candidate experience. Ensure a diverse slate of candidates in accordance with goals and objectives. Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience using high-touch, service-oriented, collaborative approach. Through strong executive presence, build relationships, communicate, consult, and influence stakeholders. Manage candidate relationships through final offer negotiation. Assist in the building and development of the internal search infrastructure for long-term success across the organization Qualifications 5 to 10 years of full life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience with previous investment recruiting a must. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of sourcing process and successfully manage a highly complex workload. Excellent Sourcer and networker who derives motivation from prospecting and understands importance of developing long-term relationships with candidates. Exhibits strong competence in penetrating new markets or sources and targeting potential candidates. Highly process driven with and able to flex and problem solve to manage competing demands in a fast paced, metric driven environment. Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders. Excellent negotiation and sales skills and relationship management skills.
