Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Implementation and management of critical Audit Operational processes (including, but not limited to Dynamic Planning, Risk Assessments, Continuous Monitoring, Issues Management, Resource Management, and Plan Management)
Development and maintenance of the Audit Universe and Plan, including Dynamic Risk Assessment methodology, processes, tools, inputs, plan updates, and resource allocation.
Operational reporting and communication, aligning vertical and horizontal departmental communications.
Responsible for the maintenance and production of key Internal Audit metrics and reporting (e.g., Plan deliverables, risk assessment, issues management).
Respond to and provide support for regulatory inquiries and requests.
Assist in the production of Board, Audit Leadership, and Senior Management reporting.
Support Audit Workpaper System administration responsibilities.
Support divisional initiatives and other duties.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field
2+ years of experience of Applied Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, Computer Science, Data Science, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Professional certifications: CIA, CRMA, CISA, CPA
Master's degree: Business, Accounting, or Finance
Proficient understanding of IIA Standards & International Professional Practices Framework
Familiarity of Audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to data and identify areas for improvement
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
