At Cornerstone OnDemand we are looking to recruit an Integration Consultant for our APJ operations.
In this role, you will become part of a Global Services. You will handle a portfolio of projects for several customers, to help with the integration and implementation of our world class SaaS enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring overall success of the projects you are involved in. You will be responsible for managing project status communications with customer executives and internal management.
In addition, dependent on previous experience, you will work with business consultants, pre-sales, partners, and customers to review customer specific requirements and propose technical solutions to support the customer's needs.
You will have to feel comfortable working in a fast paced and highly agile environment, as you will be working with multiple customers on multiple projects concurrently. Previous experience within an agile or scrum environment will definitely help.
In this role you will...
Manage and own a mix of different projects at the same time and execute based on priorities. Demonstrate an understanding of how the desired integration fits in to the customer's IT landscape, and the overall solution. Uses this information to knowledgably adjust the integration to ensure success whilst identifying issues and roadblocks before they occur and creates mitigation strategies ahead of time. Position themselves as the subject matter expert, and applies that expertise in a calming, reassuring manner. Helps resolve situations before they occur and brings them under control calmly and sensitively if needed. Continually demonstrates their subject expertise through delivery of training, demonstration, and the ability to answer challenging questions. Assess requirements and propose technical solutions and guidance in collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Business Consulting teams. Mobilise multi-skilled (interdepartmental) teams to address specific issues, gaps, etc., Coaches more junior/less experienced members of the team, and other teams, as needed; Demonstrates situation leadership skills - SWAT / Partner Support, etc. Build strong interdepartmental relationships around the business to achieve great results Create thorough & detailed requirements documents and technical specifications for integration solutions, to provide to the customer (for approval) and engineering (for the development). Work in a very international environment and closely with engineering teams, providing requirements in the development of integration solutions. Proposes improvements in operational practices, documentation, and workflows; supports internal projects to develop game-changing product related solutions; thinks outside the box to develop tools and processes that plug process and product gaps, creatively but in a scalable fashion. Collaborate with other functions to ensure excellent delivery of service, quality deliverables and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
You've got what it takes if you have...
Strong background in consulting, project management, strategic planning and/or business analysis. Experience in process design, research and competitive analysis, package implementation, knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design. Exceptionally strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to understand and meaningfully discuss principles of IT landscape and data architecture Writing detailed knowledge management articles to support new functionality and capability Complex Requirements Gathering and Documentation (Use Case mapping, etc.) Expertise in one or more industries, organizational structures, business process design techniques and development methodologies. Strong technical background, with experience identifying solutions that integrate Enterprise applications, SaaS or other complex services. Key skills and experiences would include, but not limited to, working with API/webservices, XML, SQL Server, data migrations and integrations. Experience with software integrations and data migrations as a consultant or project lead required: Target platforms or technologies, Microsoft, PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, ADP, Oracle, Siebel, or Salesforce. Thorough understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively manage through the complexities of the business solution. Advanced Communication/Presentation skills Ability to say 'No' to the customer in a positive way that maintains relationships by building customer understanding Ability to foresee challenging situations and navigate a way round or through, successfully, with minimal stress to the customer Highly proficient using Excel and Word. MS Project and Visio preferred.
PMI or PMP certification, an advantage. Previous experience working with Talent Management systems, an advantage. Previous experience within an Agile or Scrum team, an advantage. Fluency in English mandatory. Additional languages, an advantage. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced and highly agile environment, working with multiple customers on multiple projects concurrently.
