　　Position Summary

　　The Sr. Integrated Service Specialist will play a role in supporting health plan membership and revenue growth by enrolling potential members interested in joining Aetna Better Health of NY's Managed Long Term Care Program.

　　The Sr. Integrated Service Specialist will be responsible for:

　　- Reviewing potential member's Medicaid to determine eligibility to be enrolled

　　- Collaborating with internal and external teams for assessment scheduling

　　- Reviewing and educating potential member's on enrollment processes, timeframe and expectations

　　- Collect, Review, Prepare and Submit enrollment paperwork for potential enrollment

　　- Data entry of referral information into our internal systems

　　- Perform all other appropriate tasks as assigned by management

　　Required Qualifications

　　- Bilingual in Chinese (Cantonese - Mandarin)

　　- 1 to 2 years knowledge of Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) and homecare services.

　　- Outstanding organizational skills

　　- Previous enrollment intake experience

　　- Must live in New York

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　- Long term enrollment experience

　　Education

　　- High School Diploma or equivalent experience

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$18.50 - $39.75

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
