　　What to expect:

　　Maintain end-to-end understanding of current Identity and Access Management processes in Cloud and coordinate the performance of gap assessments, documentation of any discrepancies in the current state, the risks they represent, recommended improvement steps and remediation action plan.Design, implement, and maintain cloud IAM solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, privilege management, and cloud entitlementsDevelop and enforce IAM and cloud entitlements security policies, standards, and best practices.Oversee development and life-cycle management of the services related to Identity Governance & Administration services for cloud platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other cloud services and applications, ensuring proper cloud entitlement management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other cloud services and applications, ensuring proper cloud entitlement management.Ensure IAM processes are in line with all compliance requirements (e.g. SOX, PCI-DSS), including sufficient level of documentation and controls;Perform assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies for cloud entitlements with IAM Access AnalyzerParticipate in Identity and Access Management enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption.Assisting with assessment projects evaluating the effectiveness of IAM in AWS and Azure Active Directory.Provide guidance to security resources, business owners, and IT staff responsible for definition of a robust IAM process and remediation of any documented finding;

　　To be successful you need to have:

　　Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate), AZ-500 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate), or equivalent is highly desirable. Or AWS Equivalent e.g. Cloud Practitioner 4+ years of Hands on cloud related experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security role. Strong expertise in designing and implementing IAM and entitlements solutions in cloud environments (AWS and Azure AD)In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access control models, privilege escalation prevention, and cloud entitlementsStrong knowledge of relevant regulatory controls and requirements (e.g. SOX, PCI-DSS)Solid understanding of key Identity & Access Management processes (e.g. joiners/movers/leavers, access request and approval workflows, user access recertification), concepts (e.g. RBAC, SoD) and best practicesExperience with identity federation, role-based access control (RBAC), and Azure Active Directory B2B/B2C is a plus.Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL processesAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and strong drive towards clear documentation and data analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences (incl. executive leadership, external auditors, engineers)Able to proactively search for solutions from knowledge bases, support documentation and other information sourcesStrong initiative; self-driven; ability to multi-task.Previous experience with setup of system roles in complex application environments, incl. Segregation of Duties
