Senior HR Associate - Benefits
The Benefits specialism within our HR function is a global team that design, deliver and administer our suite of benefits and wellness programs on offer. In this role you will blend in depth benefits administration experience with an ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders ensuring smooth and compliant delivery with positive end user experience.
What you'll do:
Managing ad hoc benefits queries on all European policies and giving accurate and timely advice on plan provisions, enrollments, renewals, status changes, claim issues etc Partner with and build productive working relationships across a variety of stakeholders and teams; Marketing and Communications, Internal Mobility, Legal, Office Managing Principals, Total Reward team, HR Operations, as well as external brokers and benefit program providersOwnership of communications, organization and processing of enrollment of new and existing employees in selected benefit programs and insurancesDesign and deliver benefits introduction sessions to new employees as part of their onboarding and inductionSupport relevant updates and edits to the global benefits intranet site and other relevant content and materials related to European locationsResearch and analysis of potential new benefits and broader benefits 'trends' in the comparative market. This may also involve help shaping business plans, costing estimates and implementation planningCollaborate with the Global benefits team on firmwide benefits and wellness program identification, implementation, integration and review Monitor government regulations and relevant legislation across all European countries that ZS operate in and build understanding in any country that ZS is planning to open an office in
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree required 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in benefit administration. Multinational/global professional services preferredBroad European benefits remit highly desiredExperience in building and maintaining benefit broker and insurance partner relationships is preferredExperience working in a fast-paced and changing environmentStrong mental agility and unstructured problem-solving skills Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with the business and broader HR team to bring the 'best' to your 'client' Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teamsAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and informationExcellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against tight timelines
