About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Product Analyst, HR Systems, to join the HR Employee/Labor Relations Services Team within Traditional Product Management. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargo's Human Resources transformation to deliver a new experience to our team through process and technology. The Senior HR Product Analyst, HR Systems, will deliver compelling and integrated HR technology solutions and ensure alignment to HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proven contributor with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of the project tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in-house and SAAS based applications (ServiceNow and Workday). Candidates must have a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (partners from COE business partners, HR, Legal, Technology, and Risk) and possess strong interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will:Evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, our HR business owners, and other stakeholders across the businessWork closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects, and participate in efficient development, delivery, and deploymentsFunction as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by building and/or re-engineering HR technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the businessLead the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles, including identifying and documenting all relevant test scenarios and test casesProduce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flowsInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupLead and facilitate workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomesDrive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry knowledge to discover and validate what has real value to the businessPartner with client area to execute planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of overly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems (i.e., ServiceNow, Workday)Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, data privacyOwn and execute on system administration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration, business processes, security & compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality managementDrive and maintain capability-specific, vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including the configuration and development of new features, deploying enhancements, as well as creation and execution of test plans, user acceptance and regression testingAssist in decomposing epics into effective user storiesMaintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management toolWork with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changesEnsure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed to execute projects with quality and on-timeContribute to delivering solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk managementRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:3+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations3+ years of analyst experience configuring and supporting HR systems, preferably Workday HCM/ServiceNow, or similar human resource management software1+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application (HRSD)1+ years of experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrationsExperience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboardsExperience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of AgileExperience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomesExperience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partnersExperience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user storiesExperience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of managementAbility to operate as part of cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-timeKnowledge of HR business processesExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skillsAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentParticipation in an industry group or organization that aligns with Wells Fargo's support of Diversity, Equity & InclusionJob Expectations:Position locations: Phoenix, AZ;
