SENIOR MANAGER HR OPERATIONS
Location: Amsterdam
The Senior HR Operations Manager will play a pivotal role as Coty continues to optimise and evolve its employee experience. This role offers the opportunity for interested candidates to become 'challengers' and 'innovators' within a future-oriented, visionary HR function that is passionate about fuelling business and people growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Senior Manager HR Operations you are responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations, including, but not limited to payroll, benefits, immigration, global mobility, and end to end employee lifecycle processes. You will be fundamental in the development and supporting initiatives to drive Coty's culture, employee experience and other people programmes.
Your main focus includes but not limited to:
End to end employee life cycle processes including payroll services Drive HR services delivery with outsourced shared service centre Payroll, benefits, Dutch compliance and tax responsibility Manage relationship with benefit providers & stakeholders Drive the HR agenda locally in partnership with the country HRD

The team consists of HR Operations Director Europe plus two HR Operations Specialists and you will work closely together with departments including Shared Service Centre, HRBPs, Compensation and Benefits team. All your colleagues are fun, vibrant and authentic!

Other than that, you will have/be:
Proven experience within a HR Operations role or equivalent (overall 8yrs +) Experience working with or in a Shared Service Centre is desirable A Strong communicator, who can explain complex matters in a straightforward way, without HR jargon, and influence stakeholders effectively Solid Dutch market knowledge Master the English language on a near native level
