What you'll do:
建设培训体系, 完善培训制度制定工厂培训计划, 经批准后组织实施培训, 并追踪培训有效性编制、修订、完善员工发展规划, 落实人员能力评定, 并指导部门落实培训发展开拓培训渠道和资源, 建立培训档案搭建内训师管理体系, 提高培训质量和效果配合HRM搭建HR系统平台, 维护培训数据资源, 进行数据可视化管理深入结合企业文化, 制定年度活动计划并深入策划方案, 最终推动落实保障效果有效推进工厂品牌建设, 包括但不限于企业宣传片、公众号管理、新闻发布等
Qualifications:
本科及以上学历.8年以上外企制造业工作经验了解劳动法的相关规定良好的沟通技巧, 英文读写能力, 熟练使用办公软件, 会使用Power BI尤佳
