In this role, you will be supporting our leaders and teams to successfully scale our business, evolve our culture as we continue to grow, and enable our teams to go above and beyond.
As a member of the HRBP Team in the Americas, you'll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers. You will focus on onboarding, engaging, growing and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support our team's development and growth.
Design, support and execute people-related strategy.Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.Proactively assess the team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making and implement appropriate solutions.Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including org design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the team's growth and individual development plans.Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding.Partner with the HR Functions and Global HR Partners as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.
Your Experience & Skills
7+ years of experience in the Human Resources function with 5+ years as an HR Business PartnerExperience supporting client-facing teams (sales, customer service, etc.)Experience in a global environment / scaling teamsThrives in a dynamic and changing environmentCollaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills.Holds analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action and exercises solid judgment.Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.Demonstrates project management and change management experience.Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office and requires 3 days in office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $125,000-$150,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
