What you\'ll do as a SeniorGroup Procurement Manager Gain Category Expertise - understand thecommodity, spend and the market trends. Lead the procurement processfrom identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timelydelivery of materials. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliersto ensure long-term partnerships and favorable terms. Continuouslyevaluate and monitor supplier performance to identify opportunities forimprovement and cost savings. Create and/or apply tools and processes torecord and maintain master data. Develop and maintain performancemetrics to measure the effectiveness of procurement processes. Transformspend data or large databases into key insights and opportunities todecrease expenditure. Monitor market trends and stay up to date on newdevelopments and innovations in procurement processes and technology.Coordinate for best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement thatalign with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency andreduce costs. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimizecost, quality, and performance with commercial suppliers. Guaranteeappropriate communication, reporting and cooperation with allstakeholders. We\'re looking for a Senior Group Procurement Managerwith: Masters degree in finance, Economics, Supply Chain/Procurement orBusiness, preferred. 5-7 years\' experience working as a as aProcurement Manager, Procurement Officer or Head of Procurement; in amulti division environment. Strong leadership skills. Excellentnegotiations and networking skills. Knowledge of sourcing andprocurement techniques as well as a dexterity in ?reading? the market.Experience in collecting and analyzing data. Excellent verbal, written,and presentation skills. Detailed experience with SAP or other ERPsystems. Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook)Experience working independently and, in a team, setting.
