We are looking for a highly motivated senior Graphics Software Development engineer with 3D realtime graphics background, expertise in modifying and extending Game Engines, strong system programming and graphics pipeline development skills. Working together with world-class AI and Graphics engineers, you will be responsible for architecture, design, and development of optimized AI-based rendering software libraries, game engine plugins, internal and external graphics tools.
As successful candidate you must possess good communications skills in a cross-functional setting and be an exceptional team player.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications (Must haves)
Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or any STEM related fields.
5+ years of experience in the following:
Software development in Realtime rendering domain, including development of Graphics profiling and debugging tools, optimizing rendering pipelines, extending and modifying modern Game Engines.
Debugging and modifying Unreal Engine rendering internals and creating complex Unreal Engine rendering plugins.
Extensive use of 3D graphics APIs, including DX12 and Vulkan
Advanced C and C++ programming
Preferred Qualifications (Good to have)
Solid knowledge of various GUI frameworks, including ImGui, Qt
Expertise in state-of-the-art techniques in real-time rendering, ray tracing, optimization techniques such as temporal antialiasing, super sampling, super-resolution, ray tracing denoising

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $186,552.00-$279,772.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
