  PositionSummary:

  Inthis role you will partner with a broad part of the organization includingstrategy leads, zone and global demand marketing functions to develop strategicannual marketing plans focused on the Industrial Machinery industry solutions(learn more here). You will be responsible for the demand creation plan thatdeliver pipelines and revenue goals supporting Global and Zone strategic salespriorities and our business strategy in general; you will continually reviewthe campaign performance to ensure that targets and goals are exceeded. Youwill work closely with Global and Zone Execution teams to supervise, evaluate,and optimize campaign performance and to consolidate plans and feedback tocentral marketing functions.

  Youwill:

  Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with overall company objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development, sales, and other business functions. Lead cross team service-level agreement (SLA) deliverables to ensure campaigns complete time. Contribution to and support of direct & indirect target market definitions and go-to-market strategies. Team with senior leadership across industries to define investment strategies/priorities, select & prioritize KPIs. Analyze Global and Local program performance and forecasts across demand waterfall including pipeline volume and progression including specific views for segments and regions. Actively engage global and zone sales leadership to understand sales goals, identify marketing and sales enablement requirements and capture feedback on marketing activities. Communicate to and educate the sales and segment teams about new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs. Ensure that all execution and campaign stakeholders understand the industry plan's objectives, cadence and critical metrics. Set plan, campaign, and tactics targets, providing regular and consistent feedback on performance to partners. Develop and handle the marketing budget, prioritizing optimally to achieve maximum return on investment. Regularly evaluate the financial performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative ways to improve online visibility and engagement.

  Youare a good fit for this role if you:

  8+ years of experience in marketing, global product marketing or similar with a focus on strategic planning and leadership 3+ years working with direct or indirect sales teams in relevant markets developing regional or territory business plans. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in both marketing and sales with strong planning, analytical, execution, presentation, and communication skills. Experience marketing SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions effectively Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to hold people accountable as well as encourage and empower a team. Possess specific market and domain experience with the passion to communicate our vision to the market while supporting our sales team is essential. Deep B2B sales cycle knowledge with skills on how to find opportunities to improve demand generation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration. Expertise in crafting effective marketing campaigns to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (e.g. white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (e.g. social, email, telephone, direct mail, events). Proficient in demand generation performance management in a B2B environment, including within the Sirius Decisions/Forester Demand Waterfall. Able to align tactical plans with strategies consistently producing results on time and within budget. Highly motivated, inquisitive, and adaptable. Readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements. Proficient in English and highly effective at communicating across organization. Knowledge of the Industrial Machinery industry a plus.

  Thesalary range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role is eligibleto earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
