This position is accountable for contributing to the ongoing management, development and support of global compensation programs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support to Compensation Directors and organization on compensation-related processes and projects.Responsible for managing incoming ad-hoc compensation queries from talent acquisition, managers, HRBPs, etcConduct job evaluations by analyzing market data and internal equity with same and similar roles.Responsible for compensation project management including but not limited to FLSA administration, annual pay equity review, structure evaluation and other related. compensation compliance/training programs.Responsible for researching all legal issues that require attention by the compensation team in support of the directors.Responsible for analysis of Merit and Promotion processes for PDP and ADP programs.Participates in or manages special projects as necessary. Leads communication efforts associated with projects.Prepare compensation analyses by analyzing reports to understand internal and market equity issues and provide recommendations for change.Responsible to create, distribute and co-present proactive client area reporting highlighting compensation opportunities.Manage global rewards and recognition program.Partner with vendor to ensure that the rewards and recognition program is competitive and meeting the needs of our dynamic organization.Responsible for metrics and analysis of rewards and recognition data to report on outcomes to our business partners.Performs other duties as assigned

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.
$63,500.00-$114,300.00
Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of individual Plans.
