As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on C.H. Robinson's Navisphere Carrier team, you will collaborate with engineering product managers and business stakeholders to define, estimate, design, and develop complex solutions that delight our customers.

　　The Carrier Experience team is responsible for the end-to-end carrier experience. We build a range of products on Navisphere Carrier including onboarding, search, booking, and payments that are used by CHR's 75,000+ carrier partners to expedite commerce across the world.

　　The team is working on development of web and mobile applications for drivers.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Define interfaces and develop code for modules across products or services and may influence or drive architectural changesAnalyze and translate high-level customer requirements into detailed designs to solve complex business problemsIncrease code quality through code reviews and writing unit, integration, and acceptance testsOptimize, refactor, and reuse code to improve performance and maintainability while ensuring maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investmentCollaborate with team to define testing strategy and drive quality throughout the engineering lifecycle through unit and integration testsProactively identify performance and availability issues, troubleshoot, provide effective options, and resolve issues in production that could span multiple product areasWrite code using secure programming patterns and by finding, fixing, and enhancing security in existing applicationsDevelop and maintain thorough technical documentation for the product or serviceEstimate for software projects including dependencies, work, time, resources, and skill needsAdopt established best practices while contributing to the definition of the engineering lifecycle as well as the definition of best practicesMentor and coach other software engineers by participating in design and code reviews and share best practicesCollaborate with leadership to unblock and direct members on the team to successfully deliver high quality software

　　+5 years of experience developing and implementing commercial softwareExperience creating applications and features in C# /.NET Core, JavascriptExperience with frontend technologies - preferably ReactExperience with database objects in relational databases (MS SQL)Experience with HTTP and REST architectureExperience with version control systemsExperience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practicesExperience working in an Agile environment.Possess solid communication skills and strong product focusAbility to communicate technical and business concepts across teamsProactivity
