　　As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be embedded on a development team of between 5-10 people where you will have the opportunity to design and develop Software applications within the Timekeeping organization for Workforce Dimensions/UKG Pro. You will get to work directly with Quality Engineers, Business Analysts, and our Product Users in a highly collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to grow as an engineering leader and help instill in others a passion for quality enterprise development.

　　Key duties and responsibilities:

　　• Lead technical efforts by coordinating the technical team members to align and ensure the integrity and quality of the final solution

　　• Lead development of enterprise-scale Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) software utilizing SaaS design principles

　　• Develop cutting-edge solutions to maximize performance, scalability, and distributed processing capabilities

　　• Work independently and collaboratively to coordinate and implement solutions to complex technical issues

　　• Collaborate with stakeholders outside of the team to align and achieve expected outcomes

　　• Identify and refactor areas of functional and architectural improvement

　　• Participate in the Implementation of departmental improvements in process/technical solutions with positive measurable results

　　• Provide leadership with new development efforts and updates

　　• Contribute to the design and estimation of new features

　　Qualifications

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• 6+ years' of experience in Software Engineering, using Java and with frontend technologies as Angular or React

　　• Experience engaging with software/test engineers on Java enterprise-level software development

　　• Experience with OOP, Data Structures and Algorithms with object-oriented design and development

　　• Experience with event-driven Microservices

　　• Knowledge or experience with SaaS design principles and solutions

　　• Experience with the development of API's and Web Services

　　• Experience with SQL and NoSQL and an understanding the key differences between them and when does their use apply.

　　• Agile or Lean Software Development experience (Kanban or Scrum, etc.)

　　• Knowledge or experience with Spring, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Splunk, and/or Dynatrace

　　• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equal experience

　　• Proven experience successfully working within a team and managing a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

　　• Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　• Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done.

　　• High degree of organizational and problem-solving skills.
